Idle CPU Usage 20x Higher from df11419ccbb3 to 70b8b6f47ae8

Current Behaviour

The idle CPU usage for both authserver and worldserver has increased by approximately 20x from df11419 and 70b8b6f. I just show authserver below since it's easy to go back to previous versions, but worldserver shows the same increase in idle CPU usage.
