Description of Issue

Pretty straight forward on the title but when clicking on the Nintendo Network ID settings in the system settings I get stuck on a black screen and then soon it'll just crash.

Expected Behavior

Well it should just open the NNID settings

Reproduction Steps

Just open the Nintendo Network ID settings.
