System asks for update on latest version but fails when trying to update

Description of Issue

After running Set Up System Files, the 3ds font is missing and fallsback to the opensource one and the eShop asks for an update but when trying to update it fails.

Expected Behavior

There should either be no update or the update should complete.

Reproduction Steps

1. Set Up N3DS and O3DS System Files with AzaharArticSetup
2. Open the home menu
3. Try to open the eShop
4. Get prompted to update

Did the setup process even work? From the logs it just looks like your pc can't connect to the servers.

O3DS and N3DS updates were successful and the home menu works
