CTGP 7 Graphical Bug

Latest 2120 RC3. But this has been an issue since the Citra Days.

Description of Issue

There is a graphical bug in CTGP 7. In Rainbow Cup, 2nd Track, GBA Rainbow Road.

This has been a issue for more than 1 year.
If you can please fix it.

Expected Behavior

Square shaped persistent graphical glitch shown on the right side of the track/road.

Play The Rainbow Cup, 2nd Track, GBA Rainbow Road.

I'm using OpenGL. But This bug also is there with Vulkan I believe,

Don't mind my potato laptop. This bug is not because of my PC.
I've had this bug on my Steam Deck and also on my Android.
