Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga + Bowsers Minions keeps crashing during Credits

Description of Issue

So apperently i finished the game and defeated the final Boss several times, but everytime when the credits seem to be over the game crashes...

Expected Behavior

the game should be completable

Reproduction Steps

defeat the final Boss and watch credits
