Already install games vanish from homemenu when trying to Connect to Artic Base.

Description of Issue

Games install to the homemenu disappeared when trying to connect to the Artic Base, i just had my games already install to my homemenu erase cause by mistake i just click on Connect to Artic Base not sure how this happens but i am pretty sure is not suppose to work this way. (games stay install in the emulator but erase inside the homemenu)

Expected Behavior

Even know i try to Connect to Artic Base my already install games should not vanish from my homemenu

Reproduction Steps

install the games to the homemenu the open the app in the 3ds and use Connect to the Artic Base the close and check the game from the homemenu you will see the system files but none of the game already install.
