Broken issue links in release notes

It links to https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go/issue/2528. But it should be issues, not issue. Also, that particular id is for a pull request, not an issue. See #2528
Similarly, https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go/issue/2385 should be #2385.

Hi @rittneje, thanks for reaching out to us about this. I've gone ahead and corrected the issue URLs in release v1.20.0. The URL pointing to the new EC2 instance type was provided by the EC2 team, I'll reach out to them to determine if that's a correct URL that should point to an existing page in the near future or if it should be a different link altogether.

I've looked through older releases and did not find broken links similar to this one, however if you do see broken links in other releases please do let us know.
