Describe the bug
This sample code is calling configureTraceProvider, but this method doesn't exist in the current latest of sdk-node.NodeSDK.

Steps to reproduce
Just read the document

What did you expect to see?
Sample code that works with the current latest version of OpenTelemetry for JavaScript.

What did you see instead?
Obsolete sample code that doesn't work
