Description

When using deadline bundle submit -h, it has

--yes Skip any confirmation prompts

However, this doesn't skip job bundle upload prompt which is confusing. This behavior especially blocked DCC integrations which called this cmd and assumed this would skip all prompts.

Solution

Short term solution:
Update help command to be more accurate.

Long term solution:
If we can skip this prompt check from DCC integration and only ask this when using it in the cli, that will even provide more support for dcc integrations.
