Consider data generation for GenEds

One possible feature of Jupiterp could be the ability for users to search through a list of courses which satisfy a GenEd in order to identify one that best fits their schedule. To do this, it may be useful to have data separate from general department/course data which takes a GenEd as a key and returns a list or some other data structure of courses or keys to courses as pre-generated data.

This would be pretty nice to have, Coursicle used to have this but then removed this at some point.
