feature request: fail when type is not found

would be nicer when the generation would fail if the type is not found in your PrismaJson

This would require us to import your whole project and check the entire typing of your codebase. This is not something we would want to be running on every prisma generate.

You can get the same feedback by just running tsc --noEmit shortly after running prisma generate.

not necessarily.
You could define a TS file where your PrismaJson namespace is defined.
Then it's trivial to parse just that one file and check that there is indeed a type present on the top level of that namespace

the initial definition of PrismaJson is inside node modules, I'm not sure how i could be done in that way...

However, I'm happy to review a PR with this feature :)
