[BUG] Kostamushka as a province name is very anachronistic

Describe the bug
In Russian Karelia, there is a province called Kostomushka. While the name is misspelled, the bigger issue is the fact that Kostomuksha did not exist until 1977.

Instead, I recommend renaming the province to Kem, which is a historical important town in the province.
