Support Statement

Apigee-127 is a toolkit that enables API developers to quickly build an API in Node.js with a Model-first approach based on Swagger 2.0. The output of work done with Apigee-127 includes:

  • A Node.js app which represents a single API
  • A Swagger 2.0 spec describing the API

The support model for Apigee-127 tools is a Community-based support model. Apigee does not offer paid support for Apigee-127 at this time. We do, however, encourage you to open issues on GitHub that we intend to address - but there are no guaranteed SLAs. Scroll down to the Apigee-127 Toolkit Help section for more details.

Support for Apigee customers

However, Apigee does support Node.js applications deployed onto Apigee Edge, which is Apigee's paid cloud offering. If you are an Apigee Edge customer you can use the standard support channel including the support portal.

Getting help if you are not an Apigee customer

If you are not an Apigee Edge customer you can request help as described on the Apigee Support page of our Apigee Community site. The Apigee Community site also has forums where you can ask questions regarding Apigee-127 and Node.js. If you do so, please be sure to tag it with a topic of 'apigee-127'.
