libsasl2-devel listed as dependency in Fedora OS dependencies

In the tutorial OS dependencies section for Fedora, libsasl2-devel is listed as one of the packages to install.

Expected results

I expect the packages to be installed.

Actual results

I get the following error message:
No match for argument: libsasl2-devel

How to reproduce the bug

Run the following command:
sudo yum install libsasl2-devel

Fedora 30
Latest version of docs at the time of writing.
