When a dashboard has scroll and a users hover over the Drill by option, the dashboard is being automatically scrolled to the top disrupting the user interaction.
How to reproduce the bug
Open a dashboard with scroll like World Bank's Data
Scroll down a try to use Drill By on a chart
You'll see that the dashboard is automatically scrolled to the top
