[Feature][Zeta] Support history service record job execute error

Description

The error information of the historical Job cannot be obtained through the waitForJobComplete method. When the task fails, the error information is saved to the historical Job so that the corresponding error log can be obtained

Usage Scenario

After a Job is submitted asynchronously, the system periodically obtains the job status and error information through polling
