What needs to happen?

similar to #2332:

  • add an example workflow log metadata type and pipeline to the samples project.
  • improve documentation for the workflow logging metadata type
  • src/main/java/org/apache/hop/reflection/workflow/transform/WorkflowLoggingMeta.java points to /logging/logging-reflection.html, which is the metadata type, not the transform. Add documentation for the transform.
