环境：ios ，系统版本13，
问题描述：tootip是自定义的的，层级已经设置了999999，点击时tootip会给图表覆盖，在ios12版本是没问题的

同一个图表，点击部分区域是不被覆盖，部分区域是被覆盖

更新了最新的4.5.0-rc.2，tootip还是被覆盖

因为在父元素上设了overflow:hidden,导致再ios13上tootip有时会被canvas遮盖
