Docs: Add known user - Kamu

Kamu is a decentralized collaborative stream processing data pipeline with complete reproducibility and provenance (think "smart contracts" for data streams).

We've been using DataFusion:

• For most of batch-oriented features of our CLI
• Expanding its use to replace Apache Spark
  • in our data ingestion flow
  • as the default "SQL console" for EDA

Hoping to support the DataFusion project more as we progress!
