Red Hat SA POC kickoff

On 12/8 the SA teams wants to start an official POC. During the POC they will allow 10 or so SAs to contribute and share content on their internal instance of Galaxy.

Things we need to do:

1. Finish the 2.4 sprint
2. Refresh the SA instance with 2.4 changes for testing
3. Deploy the internal Galaxy with a more 'robust' configuration. We are currently running all containers on a single m3.large AWS instance. We at least need a larger instance, or maybe we need to move this to a cluster?

Let's deploy using VMs rather than containers, since we don't have easy access to a cluster. We can copy the QA deployment, and make it work for the SA instance.

• Review and copy the QA deployment
• Define the set of AWS instances required
• Review and modify the variable file(s)
• Test
