Feature Request

Use Case

Making it plainly obvious we have docs and they can read them with one click. Currently the link is hidden, labelled as Help instead of something like "Documentation and takes two clicks to get there.

Proposed Solution

Put something in the header or left hand navigation?

Alternatives

Place the docs on docs.ansible.com.

Implementation

Not enough of a UX expert to take a stab at being more specific.

In addition to a more obvious link to our docs, we should also provide a link to our Issue queue, should a user actually require help.

Please check with @trahman73 for link/button placement, and labeling.

The placement of help documentation within the dropdown is a current PatterFly 3.x flow. We move it out in Tower and place it next to the About icon with a direct link to the docs. Icon is fa-book.
