ipa_user: add idp and passkeys to userauthtype

Summary

I have checked that userauthtype is missing "idp" option.

New "passkey" authentication type was added in FreeIPA 4.11.0. I'm going to make PR for this A.S.A.P.

Sure. There's also no need to create an issue for them first if they don't really need discussion and you want to implement them anyway.
