nilrt_snac: remove unneeded RDEPENDS

The ptest.bbclass already adds an RDEPENDS on `nilrt-snac`, but it is overriden by the nilrt-snac-ptest RDEPENDS bb assignment. Instead, append the ptest RDEPENDS. Signed-off-by: Alex Stewart <[email protected]>
