Cloaked TARDISes will show themselves if you have any key, not just one bound to the TARDIS as it should be.
And when using shaders a cloaked TARDIS will always remain partially visible, to a degree where it becomes rather obvious where it is located. (Complementary Reimagined used, unsure if other shaders cause issues too)
