To use JEC, JER and JEC uncertainties download this .zip file from here https://github.com/cms-cvs-history/CondFormats-JetMETObjects, build and complile a directory named CondFormats/JetMETObjects

Insert Hplus code in the environment:
1. Pattificator
Take directories pat_* and place them under TopQuarkAnalysis/TopPairBSM
2. Analyzer
Take the HplusCode_v5 directory from this github repository and place it in PhysicsTools, compile it with scram b
3. Offline analysis
You can find it in the offline_analysis directory. It runs on the final ntuples, produces plots and datacards for combined.
4. Combine
Follow instructions here to set up the environment on lxplus:

Take limits directory and place it in CMSSW_7_4_7/src/HiggsAnalysis/CombinedLimit/data. Add there the datacards produced with the offline analysis to compute blinded limits.
For unblinded results, do he same with limits_unblinded directory.
