PrimeNumbers.cs does not work #54

PrimeNumbers.get(8) returns 4, which is obviously incorrect.
Caused by int n = 8*sizeof(ulong)/sizeof(ulong);

Besides some other minor errors, the major error was actually in the loop logic.
