How to use a keyboard

To navigate with a keyboard, use:

• Tab to move around interactive things (links and form elements)
• Shift + Tab to move backwards
• the arrow keys for moving around radio buttons, checkboxes and tabs
• Space for selecting radio buttons and checkboxes
• Space or Enter for activating buttons
• Enter for following links
• Esc for closing things (this can sometimes be done with, for example, a Close button)

If you're on a Mac and this isn't working for you, you might need to adjust the settings of your OS and/or browser. You should only need to do this once.
