- upgrade jekyll-asciidoc to 2.0.0 snapshot
- remove explicit asciidoctor dependency
- move asciidoctor-diagram dependency to jekyll_plugins block
- customize image configuration to suit Asciidoctor Diagram
- shift headings so each page has a doctitle
- enable showtitle attribute by default
- remove empty front matter from AsciiDoc files
- remove page variable defaults for blueprints collection
- upgrade jekyll to 3.1.6
- upgrade coderay to 1.1.1
- upgrade rake-jekyll to 1.1.0
- remove jekyll-plantuml
