Alexa speech starts always truncated with HDMI Audio on RPi3 with Raspbian.
My test equipment is which follows:

• Raspberry Pi 3 + Official Power Source
• Waveshare LCD IPS HDMI 4.3inch
  https://www.waveshare.com/4.3inch-hdmi-lcd-b.htm
• Waveshare speakers 8Ohm 5W
  https://www.waveshare.com/8ohm-5w-speaker.htm

Raspbian and AVS up-to-date and without any extra-config.

Hi @jaimefcb,

This issue sounds similar to #839. Are you seeing this if you use another audio output? Can you provide DEBUG9 logs? As well, one user mentioned that a reinstall seemed to fix the issue.
