Hello @alesssia ,
I am encountering the following error, what am I not doing right?

Error executing process > 'index_foreign_genome (1)'

Caused by:
Failed to pull singularity image
command: singularity pull --name depot.galaxyproject.org-singularity-bbmap-38.87--h1296035_0.img.pulling.1663590536873 https://depot.galaxyproject.org/singularity/bbmap:38.87--h1296035_0 > /dev/null
status : 255
message:
ERROR: pull is only supported for shub URIs
