I will continue pinning hcsr04sensor to Rpi.GPIO 0.7.0 until the end of Rasbian Stretch support.
As per release notes for 0.7.1 of the module
**Remove Debian/Raspbian stretch packaging support
I use this library to interface with a Raspberry Pi and have apps that are still supported on Stretch until June 30th, 2022.

No longer pinned to a version of RPi.GPIO. Recommend using apt installs as the pip installs were too unreliable,
Pip installs on Bullseye work fine for v0.7.1
