Upgrade the bundled version of InnoExtract to v1.9 and reapply the appropriate hooks.

Any chance you'd be willing to build a new version with the updated library soon? It's awesome someone (you) has taken the time to develop and maintain an app for extracting Inno Setup installers 😁, but I can't seem to get it to work anymore with anything built with the latest Inno Setup.
