Summary

New ISAs are joining the ISA team and we should prepare a plan to speedily onboard them.

What needs to be done?

• Mapp all the ISAs and AAs per location
• Schedule onboarding meetings
• Identify internal important materials: timesheets, expenses, ways of working,
• Identify external important materials: presentation from BridgeAI Coordination Meeting - slide deck
• Match a mentor from ISAs team
• Email draft after onboarding
• Ask for bios and add them in the website
• Introduce them internally and externally (BridgeAI delivery partners)
