Automatic extraction of metadata, new iteration

This issue is here to store all the notes and sub-issues related to refactoring the automatic extraction of metadata when parsing an ontology in AgroPortal. It needs to wait for issue #409 to be closed.

The idea would be to implement a mechanism (in Java) that would rely on the OWL-API already in used in OntoPortal and that could be used outside of OntoPortal, e.g., Protégé or anywhere the OWL-API is used.

• Refactor which metadata are automatically extracted and which ones are not.
• See which metadata property values are copied from one submission to the other.
• Stop include default values for properties when no values are provided or found. This is happening for object description properties.
• Metadata vocabulary used : automate the population of this property by looking at the namespace declared inside the source file #421
