Fix: CTA button missing from Full screen hero

We need to add the option of including a Hero Button in addition the Hero Link URL. This should be configured to show the button IF the text is there for the button. This should apply to the Full screen image with text and header overlay and Full screen image with text overlay hero styles.

@designerbrent Just now getting to this, as I am catching up on being out a day and a half. Is this just for the ALPS system itself, or does this require any integration with the WP theme?

This is in the WP theme where it is missing. We need another field in CF for the button text and then the wiring in the theme to make the button visible if there is text in the field.
