Bitwarden secure note added with new passwords for all users, admin password also updated in bitwarden

Wazuh central components updated, anybody having issues with logging in/plugins, please try deleting cookies and cached files first.. ( you can run wazuh in an incognito tab to prove its a cached file that's causing issues! )

Wazuh Agent Upgrade Rollout:

3 x problem agents remaining.

2 x s390x , which require complex builds from source
1 x skytap ppc dockerhost with space issue on /boot
