Code of conduct

  • I agree to follow this project's code of conduct.

Description of issue

Spectrum CSS does so here.

We should do so in a way that makes it clear what browsers should be used in concert with out software.

Technically, we can't support a larger number of browsers that CSS does (at least not without a more robust test suite), so we can steal their copy, if we'd like.
