A made a modest attempt at the abstract here:
https://github.com/adele157/easterlies-collaborative-project/blob/master/ICSHMO22_abstract.md

This issue can be used for discussion (if needed), but please freely edit the abstract directly as you see fit.

This looks fine Paul. Probably the first author should be whoever is going to present? This could be you or Andy given the rest of us have already submitted abstracts? (Steve, I'm assuming here you don't want to give a virtual presentation in NZ time zone, but chime in if you're interested). Given that you're a convenor of the Antarctic session Paul, I guess that could be a reason for Andy to present if he was keen? But happy to go with whatever everyone prefers!

Thanks Adele.

Andy and Stephen: it's your call :) We don't have a scheduled group meeting before the abstract deadline, so please speak up if you want to present. I am happy to be a convenor, but if no one jumps in before the deadline, I will submit the abstract on our behalf.

Hi Spence -- I did add a few edits to the page the other day, hope they are OK by you?
I am quite happy to submit & present this if you would prefer me to? Saves me thinking about doing anything else, and it is in keeping with the project philosophy to share out the work. Shall we do that?
