• Fix Exterior Temperature causing integration to be unavailable (closes [ISSUE] MG5 EU Exterior Temperature generic check causes integration to go unavailable #79)
• Fix Charging Idle showing as Charging Finished in Charging Status sensor (closes Charging Status changes to Charging Finished if the car is not fully charged #77)
• Fix issue with switches not being correctly populated by missing argument (closes [ISSUE] A couple of action entities not available anymore since last update #82)
• Fix Multiple Vehicles and entries not generating Unique Ids (closes Platform mg_saic does not generate unique IDs. #92)

Thank you all, once again, for your support and patience with the development of this integration.

I hope that this version is able to solve a lot of the issues reported and addresses some of the needs/improvements identified by all of you. I tried on this occasion to bring forward everything that was outstanding in issues and also make some improvements to the whole integration, which I hope translates into a easier usage for all of you.
