waxing and unwaxing of signs.

since 1.20.1 signs can be waxed to avoid sign changes with the gui.

sadly plugins and all these new methodes often block the unwaxing with an axe or do silliy things on waxing because they have a function behind (ic or oder plugin sign)

so it would be nice if cmis se command would have two arguments to wax and unwax a sign your looking at.

something like:
-:wax and -:unwax

useage: /cmi se (line1\nline2\nline3\nline4) (-:was|-:unwax)

since cmi se command is an "admintool" i think no further permissions would be needed.
