Works on iPad but not on iPhone

Platform & OS Version

 ios 12.4 on both iPhone and iPad

The version of zmNinja you are reporting:

1.3.066 on both iPhone and iPad

The version and OS of ZoneMinder you are using:

Latest Debian on stand-alone, converted macMini
vs 1.30.4 of zoneminder

Device details:

iPhone SE and iPad Pro

What is the nature of your issue

Settings are the same on both devices.  
zmNinja is authorized via web scape on both devices.  
Seems to be working well on iPad
No live or recorded video displays on iPhone - in Montage, or Events - only black screen where video should be.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and set up zmNinja on the iPhone many times
- same results

• 10.0.1.219 is an internal IP Address. Are you sure your iPhone is routing through LAN?
• Is /zm/cgi-bin the right cgi-bin path?
• From your iPhone web browser, are you able to reach 10.0.1.219/zm ?

I was using the wrong cgi-bin path - I changed it to the "/cgi-bin" path I use on my iPad - I didn't previously notice the difference - thanks again.
