Are you looking for open source contributors, or is this more just like a public PhD project?

We are working on a paper for RAGEN, and we also hope to develop it as an open-source project.

Sadly, the authorship for the paper is currently determined internally, and we may not add any more authors at this time. If you'd like to contribute, we are surely very happy for it, and we may add you to the acknowledgement list (if you find yourself contributed but missing on the list, just feel free to email the authors. Sometimes they are just tooo busy with the paper and experiments).

Basically, we hope you could submit Issues first when you find something you'd hope to improve for the current version. After the issue is read by current team members (this may be checked frequently within several days) and closed, you'd feel free to submit PRs. Cheers!
