This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the user) and Just Read.
This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Just Read software from any source.
Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Just Read extension. It provides a license to use the Just Read software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.
By installing and/or using the Just Read extension, you are confirming your acceptance of Just Read and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.
If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use Just Read, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.
This EULA agreement shall apply only to Just Read. The terms also apply to any Just Read updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for Just Read, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.
Just Read hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Just Read software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.
You are permitted to load the Just Read software on any device (for example on a PC, laptop, or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Just Read software. You are also responsible for any misuse of Just Read that breaches the licenses or agreements of other sites and services.
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use Just Read for any commercial purpose.
- Allow any third party to use Just Read on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
- Use Just Read in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law, including the licenses and agreements of website that Just Read is used on.
- Abuse any of Just Read's services in a way that is not intended by the creators.
- Use Just Read for any purpose that the creators of Just Read considers is a breach of this EULA agreement.
Just Read shall at all times retain ownership of Just Read as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of Just Read by you. Just Read (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in Just Read, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Just Read.
Just Read reserves the right to grant licences to use Just Read to third parties.
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use Just Read and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Just Read.
It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of Just Read. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.
The author of Just Read expressly disclaims any warranty for Just Read. Just Read and any related services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of Just Read remains with you.
Under no circumstances shall Just Read or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access or use of or inability to access of use the software and any third party content and services, whether or not the damages were foreseeable.
This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
