DRY up common Firebase user setup across components. Make a hook called useFirebase to fetch this information.

// repeated code
const auth = getAuth(app);
const database = getDatabase(app);
const [user] = useAuthState(auth);

// sample client usage
const { auth, database, user } = useFirebase();
