How to calculate Mem-util

In the paper, you define the algorithm's memory-utility(Mem-Util) as the size of volume processed per memory unit((H/4)*(W/4)*D/runtime memory size). However, in the figure, I can't calculate 1.97M = (1600/4) *(1184/4)256/(1.541024).
