Problem
The Smithsonian institution list is particularly long within the source filter list for images (see the discussion in #3795).
Related issues
Proposal
We should add an option to collapse all the Smithsonian-related institutions under a single source list/check box, so only one checkbox would need to be altered in order to select all or none of the Smithsonian institutions.
