Spacer block: Unexpected resizing when wrapped in a Row block

I don't expect the Spacer block to resize when wrapped within a Row block—it's a bit disorienting.

I'm not sure if the block should have both height and width, but perhaps the minimum height should match that of an empty row block, so it doesn't seem like the Spacer block was deleted/is missing.

@richtabor I dont see a width option for the spacer in Row(horizontal), is that screenshot from the dev branch?

It's from trunk, but you have to have the block within a Row block to see the width control.

yea tried that it's not working for a row, but for navigation, I can see it, maybe its a bug
