Issue ROE addon bug with loading saved set with only one ID in them

Windower 4.0
Windows 7

How to reproduce

  • have only one ROE quest active
  • save it as a set
  • reload the set later

Temp fix:
put a "," in the settings.xml file after the id
only works until the add-on adjusts settigns .xml as it will then be resaved with out the added ","
