Copy only changed files

The Help file says that Copy only copies files that have changed. Seems like the sensible thing to do. However, it seems to copy all files in subfolders, whether they have changed or not.

I would also expect that files I have chosen to hide would not be copied. However, they are. It is nice to be able to review diffs for folders, hide the items with differences that I don't want to overwrite, then copy all other files for the folder.

PR #2622 allows you to choose whether to copy only items that differ when selecting and copying a folder.
