Certain macros are visible in the storage XML and/or the edit view of a page, that should not be present in the SharePoint page.

Add an exclude-list to exclude certain macros.

The next version of WikiTraccs will allow filtering of macros. E.g. the comment macro and the excerpt macro, if the hidden parameter is set to true. The release is planned for next week.

@bajahranks The latest release v1.2.2 adds a Macro Ignore List, which should cover your use case of filtering the comment and hidden excerpt macros.

I could test this successfully with the hidden excerpt macro. This blog post explicitly covers how to configure the Macro Ignore List via WikiTraccs.GUI: Ignoring macros when migrating pages from Confluence to SharePoint.

I was not able to find/use the comment macro I see in your screenshots, but it should work just along the lines of the excerpt macro. Please report back if there are any issues.
